Yes, during implementation we will work to customize roles and permissions to meet the needs of your Organization.

Yes. On your dashboard, we will reveal our vibe recommendations/ action plan for you to review and start implementing! You can track within the system and monitor progress around the actions.

Your score is intended to be simple and personalized to your company and your needs. That being said, you will only receive information to help you kickstart quick action plans to improve your company vibe.

We have a variety of communication tools and personalize our approach to what best fits the communicate needs of your organization

Data is given to the company in a way where anonymity is our number one priority.

No, our platform will distribute the survey for you.

We customize each integration and work to consider what information to share between your HRIS and our database. The information we want the employee to focus on is providing authentic feedback. This will be discussed in implementation.
